Alchemy of Souls (Korean: 환혼; Hanja: 還魂; RR: Hwanhon) is a South Korean television series starring Lee Jae-wook, Jung So-min, Go Yoon-jung, and Hwang Min-hyun. Written by the Hong sisters, it depicts the stories of young witches dealing with heaven and earth. It premiered on tvN on June 18, 2022, and airs every Saturday and Sunday at 21:10 (KST). It is also available to stream on TVING and Netflix in select regions.
The series is divided into two parts: the first part was broadcast from June 18 to August 28, 2022 for 20 episodes, while the second part (Alchemy of Souls: Light and Shadow) was shown on December 10, 2022.

Synopsis of 2nd season
Set in the fictional country of Daeho, the series revolves around the love and growth of young witches as they overcome their twisted destinies due to a forbidden magical spell known as the “Alchemy of Souls”, which allows souls to switch bodies.
The film is about the story of an elite warrior named Nak-su, whose soul is accidentally trapped inside the frail body of Mu-deok. She becomes involved with Jang Uk who is from a noble family, and becomes his servant
3 years later, in the country of Daeho, Jang Uk spends his lonely days searching for Soul Transformers. He holds the Ice Stone inside him, which allowed him to be reborn. In Jinyowon, Naksu (Ko Yoon-Jung) is hidden in a secret room and is believed to be the eldest daughter of the Jin Bu-Yeon family.
One evening, Jang UK is stalking a spirit animatronic who is rampaging through Jinyowon. He meets Naksu and believes she is an imprisoned Jinyeon priestess. Meanwhile, Jin family leader Jin Ho-Gyeong (Park Eun-Hye) plans to marry Jin Bu-Yeon to someone from the Seo family. It will also keep her in the same room for the rest of her life. Seo Yul (Minhyun) and his cousin Seo Yoon-O (Do Sang-Woo) travel from remote Seoho Castle to attend the wedding. Naksu, wishing to get a glimpse of her possible future husband, runs away from her room to see him at Chwiseonru. On the way there, fate meets Naksu with Jang-ok again. They both share a connection and they also have something that the other person can use. On a whim, Naksu asks Jang Uk to marry her.
