But first you need to know how to register your application through the NAPOLCOM Online Registration Information System (NORIS).
For this 2023 exam, the National Police Commission will implement the NAPOLCOM New Online Registration Information System (NORIS) to fill, submit and print an electronic application form online to expedite application processing. In this article, we will guide you through the online application process for NAPOLCOM.
According to NAPOLCOM, NORIS (previously called OLEASS) allows entrance exam takers to choose the test center where they want to take the test regardless of where they live. But for promotional exam takers, the exam center is assigned automatically by the computer system based on the home address or unit/mission address provided by the police takers.

Are there height requirements before the test?
According to NAPOLCOM, police screenings will not have a height requirement as long as the applicants have a bachelor’s degree and are no more than 30 years old. Furthermore, the said exams are distinct and separate from the general qualifications of Patrolman/Patrolwoman (Pat/PO1).
Can you take the Napolcom entrance exam if you are over 30 years old?
No, the age of the examinee should not be more than 30 years.
You have two options for eligibility: take the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) exam or the Professional Services Examination (CSC) exam, both of which are open to anyone over the age of 30.

The Napolcom Online Registration Information System (NORIS) is an online registration, submission and printing application form for the PNP Promotional Exam and Exam. The Online Examination Application Scheduling System (OLEASS) will not be used instead applicants are advised to use the new NORIS.

The schedule for this year’s PNP Entrance Examination is on 17 June 2023 , while the PNP Promotional Exam is on 18 June 2023.

Napolcom online application/registration is open from May 8, 2023 at 8 am to May 18, 2023.
Napolcom Online Requirements
Before proceeding with your application, you must prepare your requirements first. Since the application is online, you must have scanned copies of your requirements in JPEG or PNG format. Here are the requirements:
- One (1) government-issued ID card with signature (National ID, SSS, GSIS, Voter, Postal, Passport, Driver’s License, People’s Republic of China, etc.);
- Passport size photo with name card (no cover) with white background and full name tag (indicating rank before first, middle and last name, if a member of the PNP);
- Signature Model.

Choose the customer category as well
- Civil: For applicants who want to take the PNP entrance test, or
- PNP Staff: For existing PNP members who wish to take the promotional test.
Fill in your personal information, address, and education and click Next. Input N/A does not apply. Select your region , upload scanned documents. You can upload multiple files if your document contains more than one page.
Click the Finish button once everything has finished uploading. Double check your uploaded documents because you can’t edit them once you click Finish.
