The feature had a limited theatrical release before it dropped <strong>+ Apple TV<\/strong> streaming platform. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong>Will Ferrell<\/strong>First Christmas movie since <\/span><strong><em>dwarf<\/em><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"><strong> <\/strong>It begins by introducing the ghosts and their operations after retrieving &#8220;Karen&#8221;, who just so happens to be named Karen (<strong>Rose Byrne<\/strong>).  Now a better person, the lady drops petty police complaints about her neighbors and joins a group of children for a game of Christmas morning ball.  We&#8217;re introduced to the cast of Ghosts of Christmas: Present (Will Farrell), Past (<strong>Sunita Mani<\/strong>), and has not yet come (<strong>Lauren J Woods<\/strong>).  The present has been in the job for over 200 years, and while he is eligible to retire and return to the land of the living, he keeps putting it off because he seems to like making up for awful people.  And the new &#8220;offence&#8221; is as horrifying as it gets.  So terrible that it was classified as &#8220;non-refundable&#8221;.  played before <strong>Ryan Reynolds<\/strong>Clint runs a company that specializes in creating online scandals.  One of his endeavors involved creating a Twitter rift between people who use real Christmas trees versus those who prefer the plastic variety. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Determined to redeem the Incorrigible, the Present and its ghost team spend an entire year preparing for the perfect &#8220;hunt&#8221; to help Clint see the error of his ways.  However, on Christmas Eve, things don&#8217;t exactly go as planned.  Not only does Clint not like the whole ghost thing, but he also manages to seduce an overzealous past, leaving it to the present to deliver a good enough haunt that makes Clint a good person.  The only problem is that Clint has absolutely no interest in being compensated.  To further complicate matters, the present seems to have developed a crush on Kimberly (played by the brilliant <strong>Octavia Spencer<\/strong>), Clint&#8217;s business partner and generally a good person who hates her terrible job. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">While I&#8217;ve never been a huge fan of Will Ferrell&#8217;s brand of comedy, I found this title completely charming.  It&#8217;s a fun concept with a bit clumsy execution, but it&#8217;s still worth a look.  The musical numbers are a bit fancy, but the songs love it<\/span><strong><em>  Good afternoon<\/em> And the <em>Do a little good<\/em><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">    really stand out.  And I&#8217;d be surprised if they didn&#8217;t get access to a few people&#8217;s Christmas playlists.  The film even offers a touch that gives a friendly nod to the source material.  and a cameo by The Only Lady<strong> Judi Dench<\/strong> It just adds to the charm. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">While some parts of the narrative don&#8217;t make much sense, this isn&#8217;t the kind of movie where little things like continuity and logic matter.  It&#8217;s a silly musical with a silly story that Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds fans are likely to love.  Inclusive, <\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lusty<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">  is a welcome addition to the Christmas movie genre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What do you think of Spirited on Apple TV+?
