The program is designed to help people who have emergency expenses or unexpected financial needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">To qualify for a cup loan, you must be a US citizen or permanent resident, have a regular source of income and have a valid checking account. You will also need to provide some personal information, such as your Social Security number and date of birth. Placement is not guaranteed. This fee will be collected after the player is picked up by a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Last<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Once the player is assigned to the team, they will need to log back into NSC Event HQ to make the payment.<\/li>\n<li>Any loan drops after team assignment is subject to a $30 processing fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Obtain your player pass from your regular season coach.<\/li>\n<li>USYS\/AYSO\/SAY\/USSSA\/Canadian loan\u00a0players must request a travel permit from their respective governing body. A copy of this form must be sent prior to the player\u2019s arrival to Final Team Check-in verification to ensure travel is allowed.\u00a0 (This does not apply to Minnesota players)<\/li>\n<li>US Club loan players must provide a guest player loan form from their host club.\u00a0A copy of this form must be sent prior to the player\u2019s arrival to Final Team Check-in verification to ensure travel is allowed.<\/li>\n<li>USYS players are not allowed to be loan players\u00a0on a US CLUB team, and vice-versa.<\/li>\n<li>International guest players, please contact\u00a0market@usacup.org\u00a0for more information.<\/li>\n<li>Your tournament coach will not be able to complete Final Team Check-in without your player passes, causing unnecessary delays. Either get your player pass to the coach prior to Final Team Check-in or check in yourself <strong>prior<\/strong>\u00a0to the coach\u2019s arrival at Final Team Check-in.<\/li>\n<li>Be prepared with the name of your team and the team\u2019s tournament ID number for faster service at Final Team Check-in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>USA CUP Loan Player Program players are not able to double roster in the tournament.<\/li>\n<li>Premier players (NPL) may only play on Gold Flight teams in USA CUP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Is the cup loan program legit?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Cup Loan Program is a small loan program that offers small, short-term loans to qualified borrowers.
