The OTC program offers over 159 items that can help members save between $240 to $1500 annually.<\/p>\n<h2>Activate Your Optimum OTC Card<\/h2>\n<p>To start using the OTC program, members must first receive and activate their Benefits Mastercard\u00ae Prepaid Card. This can be done online through the MyBenefits portal and app or in person at a participating retail location. An authorization or prescription from a physician may be required.
