Mexican sex comedy Who is the good boy? It follows your standard rom-com structure, with the protagonist realizing the errors of his ways, becoming a better person in the process, and then ending up with the woman of his dreams. Chima (Sebastian Dante) Most of the movie’s running time is wasted though in pursuit (Serena Ortiz), a pretty bombshell from Acapulco, who is clearly out of his range. She uses and abuses him to get what she wants, but he can’t seem to let her go. Chema has been blinded by this woman, making many missteps along the way, in his journey of self-discovery. It is revealed early on that Shima is a virgin, and he is trying to lose his virginity before graduating. Obviously, Chema will eventually lose his virginity, but how does he do it? Is it comical?

As we get into the final third of the movie, Chema has reached his lowest point yet. The legendary Christmas party has gone horribly wrong. I messed up his appointment. Ellie, who realizes that he still loves Claudia. She now realizes that she was always his second choice and breaks out with grief. Claudia laughs in Chema’s face when he says he thinks they had a chance as a couple. She was just using Chema, and kept the teen as her little pug to do whatever she wanted. Chema then argues with his best friend Hugo. To make matters worse, upon returning home, he upsets his uncle with some hard truths.
Shima’s uncle Jaime He is clearly in love with Shima’s mother, Gloria. His father passed away several years ago now and Jaime moved out, hoping to take his place. Chema points out the uncle’s plan, adding that Jaime is actually his mother’s dog. It is true that Jaime would do anything for Gloria, but the argument deepens and the uncle leaves for good. Chema’s mother is surprisingly upset by this development and admits that you should always follow your heart, and not live with regrets.
The foolish teen tries to patch things up with Ellie, but she won’t accept his apology and refuses all of Chema’s subsequent gifts. Chema applies to university, putting engineering as his first choice. He gets a job so he can afford a graduation trip to Cancun, having spent all of his life savings on Claudia. Chema sends an email to his uncle deeply apologizing and then invites him to his graduation party. Chema seems to be trying to right all of his wrongs, maturing in the process.
On graduation day, Shima gifts Eli with a sentimental vinyl and his most prized item, a prized poster from his father. Eli is amazed at the gifts and thanks Shima. Upon entering the school grounds, Chema witnesses the other small dogs in the school embarrass themselves, following Master’s orders. He decides to make a stand, and gives a big speech in front of all the other students. Chema admits that he lost his friends and his dream girl all because he went after the hot and popular girl – this manipulation has to end now. All the students clap Chema and everything is forgiven for them.
Claudia tries to get back together with Chema, telling him that she and Sebas are now separated, but Chema rejects Claudia and reunites with her friends instead. Uncle Jaime shows up at the party, and they all graduate in style. Eli embraces Shima, but they do not kiss. Shima then tells his family that he chose to study music over engineering at university. The uncle tells the family that he will approach them, and decides to put the family first. It’s unclear if Jaime and Gloria will end up together, though they seem close.
The film ends with the graduation trip and we follow Ellie as she walks down the aisle on a plane. She looks at all the students happily happily together and then heads to the first class restrooms, where she meets Shima. The two lovebirds begin to make out in the stuffy toilet and then proceed to have sex. Suddenly, there are frantic knocks coming from the other side and a man opens the door for the two lovers. They turn to see the famous singer Mario b, who admired the rock and roll style. Chema calls himself dawg. He’s now transformed from an easygoing, doggie, to the more confident, outgoing person he’s always aspired to be.
