Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 4 will feature Mitsuya Taiju meeting. Mitsuya’s relationship with Hakai will also be explained. Knowing Hakai as he does, Mitsuya is likely trying to broker a deal that will be beneficial to Hakai and beneficial to Touman. Hakkai is motivated by the abuse he and Yuzuha must go through at the hands of Taiju, so it’s interesting to see what solutions Mitsuya comes up with.
The effects of Takemichi revealing his mystery to Chifuyu will be seen in Episode 4 of Tokyo Revengers Season 2 as well. Until now, Takemichi had made every decision regarding the future himself. While Chifuyu is, in Takemichi’s words, an idiot, he is at least smarter and more worldly than his partner. In addition, he has been in the delinquent world longer and knows the ins and outs of their customs better than Takemichi.

Taiju is waiting for Hakai to follow his orders. Yuzha intervenes and tells him to stop threatening Hakkai. However, Taiju beats her up, and Takemichi calls out Taiju for hitting a woman. Taiju continues to beat Takemichi badly. Hakai pleads with Taiju to stop, offering to withdraw from Touman in exchange for Takemichi being allowed to go. Takemichi apologizes to Hakkai, but Hakkai tells him that he has already made up his mind because there is something he needs to do at Black Dragon.
Takemichi realizes that Hakai might kill Taiju, so he has to do something to prevent the future Kazutora told him about. He wakes up and sees his friends in his room. He is surprised to find out that Akkun and the others have joined Toman, and Chifuyu says he has let them in. They started talking about what happened with Black Dragon. Takemichi wants to sort things out himself. Chifuyu invites him out. Tell him how Baji will get mad at him for his mood. Takemichi ends up telling Chifuyu all about his ability to time travel and everything that happened. Chifuyu believed him and praised him for what he had done so far. He then promises to support Takemichi.
Toman’s officers meet to talk about what happened with Hakai and Takemichi. Hakai asks for permission to withdraw from Touman, but Takemichi objects. Takemichi and Chifuyu planned what they would do during the meeting, but it failed. Miki leaves the decision up to Mitsuya, and Mitsuya does not allow Hakai to quit.
Plot
Takemichi enjoys some happy times with Hinata during their middle school days but then is suddenly brought back to the present. After seeing what Miki was like, he tells Naoto that he can’t imagine it was Miki who turned the Tokyo Manji Gang into the evil organization it is today. He wants to talk to Miki for the time being but not even Naoto knows where he is. While trying to find a connection to get them to Mikey, they discovered that Akkun was now in the upper level of the Tokyo Manji Gang.
