It’s not like losing Glenn, for example, which was such an important death that Maggie and Negan’s entire relationship still defines it. It was still pretty bad, though. She never looked smart or dangerous. The “disappearance” of Commonwealth citizens isn’t exactly friendly, but aside from Judith’s shooting, which was an accident, it’s probably the worst thing we’ve seen her do on screen apart from general corruption, which is standard practice for the rich and powerful and in this world the equivalent Not paying a parking ticket or something.
