The Last of Us Successor Intergalactic Surfaces in Leak
Kworld Trend | The Last of Us Successor Intergalactic Surfaces in Leak ,
Naughty dog Intergalactic has resurfaced with a new leak, and it looks like we only have a smidgen of new information to explore.
Intergalactic: The heretic prophet was announced in 2024, and since then it seems like we haven’t really had much new information.
While the release date is still likely some time away, it appears Naughty Dog has hidden small hints of Intergalactic in The Last of Us game files.
As shared by The Last of Us modder and YouTuber Speclizer, there is apparent data in the files of one of The Last of Us games regarding Intergalactic.
Although Speclizer does not specify which game these files appear in, they claim that the information relating to IntergalacticThe main character, Jordan A. Mun, is included.
According to Speclizer, “main character Jordan A. Mun’s internal name is ‘jora'”, and “there is a hoodie outfit for Jordan ‘jora-hoodie-nocloth'”.
They also share two string entries, which they describe as “interesting”:
- “A prayer. I stalked the heretic for hours only to be led into a trap. I trapped him upstairs with the demons but not before he shot me. May the demons send him to hell.”
- “If I were to die at the hands of a heretic.”

If these files were datamined from The Last of Us Part 2it’s entirely possible that these strings are actually cut lines from one of the Seraphite characters that appear during the story.
“Heretic” and “demons” are terms used by the Seraphites to refer to other characters or the infected in The Last of Us universe, after all. So, although this could indicate Intergalactic: the heretic prophetit can also simply be a matter of cutting the content from The Last of Us: Part 2.
Intergalactic: the heretic prophet is Naughty Dog’s next game after 2020 The Last of Us: Part 2. The action takes place approximately 2,000 years in the future, where a bounty hunter named Jordan A. Mun finds himself stranded on an isolated planet, Sempiria, while tracking down the legendary crime syndicate “Five Aces”.
Although it takes place in the distant future, the game is clearly inspired by the 1980s. The trailer shows Jordan watching anime, listening to 80s music, and wearing Adidas sneakers. It’s highly likely that we’ll end up seeing more in the second trailer, although we don’t yet know when Naughty Dog plans to show more.
