Where to claim the Prize?
If you are the rightful winner, be sure to write your name and put your signature on the back of the winning ticket. Bring two (2) valid IDs and present them for verification.
Major lottery prizes can be claimed at the PCSO Head Office located at the PCSO Head Office located at the 2nd Floor Sun Plaza Building, 1507 Princeton Street Corner Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. The jackpot prize is taxable at 20% as per the Train Law.
PCSO fully validates all tickets to be claimed. The public is reminded that they are serious about counterfeit/tampering tickets. They will not honor anyone, if anyone attempts to claim their prizes using these.
Likewise, for claiming prizes of less than 10,000 pesos, it can be processed at the nearest PCSO branch.
