Can I use my card anywhere?

Your card can be used for:

  • pre-booked regional rail and coach services through NSW TrainLink
  • rides in cabs.
  • gas at convenience stores, gas stations, or mixed businesses that use a fuel merchant category code.

Providing fuel for another person’s car to meet your transportation requirements.

  • Opal card transactions
  • Coaches run by private companies
  • a few local transportation options

Before using your card, make sure that the merchant or service provider will accept it.

How can I register my credit card for internet services?

The brochure “Get Started with your regional seniors travel card included with your PIN Mailer” has instructions on how to register your card online.

Although it is not required, registering your card gives you another means of managing it.

To register your card, please make sure you have the following information on hand.

  • The 16-digit card number located on the card’s front.
  • The three-digit CVV number on the back of your credit card.
  • Your whole name as it is written on the card’s front
  • the format of your birthdate, which is mm/dd/yyyy. (Please remember that you must input the date using American format.)

Choose an ideal username with at least 6 characters. (Even if you already have a username for your current card’s online account, you must create a new one for this new card.)
