Troubleshooting for Android
If you’re running into issues while using Noom, here are a few troubleshooting methods that could help solve the problem:
Force-Close Noom:
Sometimes your Noom App just needs a quick restart.
Force-close the app by holding down the home button of your Android device until a list of your currently open apps displays (if holding the home button doesn’t do this, try tapping the overview button) > find Noom (you may need to swipe right or left to see it) > swipe up or right to close Noom, as well as swipe all apps shown or tap Close All to close all other background-running programs.
Clear the cache and data to Noom. To do this, go to your device’s App list > Settings > Apps > Noom > Storage > tap Clear Data. It’s okay to select the option to Delete Data because it won’t result in any permanent data loss. This option only clears temporary app data that is safe to delete.

How do I know if I’m on the latest version of Noom?
Make sure Noom is on the latest version by returning to the Google Play Store. If there’s no Update button, then you’re already on the latest version.
If you see the Update button, tap it to update to the latest version.
Power off your device and wait 30 seconds.
Power your device back on.
The newest version of the app will contain plenty of bug fixes, so hopefully, this solves your problem. If there’s no option to update, please move on to the last troubleshooting method.
