As the best and worst champions of the year start to emerge on Summoner’s Rift. Riot Games developers are already implementing significant adjustments to the League meta through a number of buffs, nerfs, and modifications. League of Legends season 13 is now fully underway.

League of Legends 13.1b release time, date

According to Riot Games, the League of Legends Patch 13.1B. (formerly known as Patch 13.2) is now available on all servers throughout the world.

After Riot was the target of a cyber-attack earlier this week. the patch  delayed from being live yesterday, Jan. 25, by one day. Players may anticipate the typical changes coming to League, including as system updates and balancing adjustments, with the release of this patch. However, several of the more substantial upgrades that  intended to debut with Patch 13.2  postponed to a later time, which is why Riot made the decision to change the name of this patch and make it more resemble a “micro patch.”

What is League of Legends patch 13.1b?

The full update to Ahri and a number of buffs for Annie  among the items that Patch 13.2  initially intended to contain. However, those modifications have been postponed until Patch 13.3, which will debut on February 8 in accordance with the game’s patch schedule.

Among the alterations that did make it onto the live servers with today’s update are nerfs to champions like Yuumi, Gangplank, and the Lucian/Nami duo, which is a pro-play juggernaut. Along with some AD carry champions’ buffs, Lillia, Orianna, and Zoe’s buffs were also sent.

Champions

Ashe

• Scaling for mana went from 32 to 35.
• Scaling for mana regeneration went from 0.4 to 0.65.

Caitlyn

• Increasing from 35 to 40 mana.
• Scaling for mana regeneration went up from 0.55 to 0.7.

Items

Black Cleaver

• Health went up to 400 from 350.
• Increased attack damage from 45 to 50

Blade of the Ruined King

• 20 second proc cooldown was extended to 30 second proc cooldown.
• Damage induced dropped from 40–150 to 40–103.
• On-hit damage from ranged weapons increased from 8% to 9%.

Bloodthirster

• Life steal was decreased from 18 to 15 percent.
• Shield’s scaling increased from 50–320 at level one to 180–450 at level nine.
• Cost overall was decreased from 3,400 to 3,200.
