What if You Lose Your Anthem Insurance Card

If you lose your Anthem insurance card, don’t worry. The My Health Records feature in the Anthem Sydney app gives you access to your health information, so you can easily request a new insurance card. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Log in to your Anthem account: To access the “Request an ID card” option, you’ll need to log in to your Anthem account. This will give you access to all the features and options available through your insurance plan.
  2. Click on “Customer Care”: Once you’re logged in, click on the “Customer Care” option to access the various customer support services available through Anthem.
  3. Select “Request an ID card”: From the Customer Care options, select the “Request an ID card” option. This will start the process of requesting a new insurance card.
