why is fitbit app not working

According to the graph provided by Downdetector service, we can see that 117 users are having issues with Fitbit. Fitbit has reported outages in the last 24 hours.

For starters, logging into the mobile app results in “ Fitbit.com  unavailable. Please try again later.” This issue also affects users who try to sign in to Fitbit on their Pixel Watch for sleep and resting heart rate to sync.

Speaking of stats, opening the mobile app causes the data to be grayed out and not appear in the feed. This includes steps, distance, active minutes, heart rate, calories, and more.

It’s unlikely that any health and fitness data will be lost during this downtime, but don’t reset your Fitbit until the next successful sync. The information should remain on your device.
