These days, it seems you can’t have a teen drama without some sort of masquerade ball, and the penultimate episode of the aptly titled “Masks.” eliteSeason 6, delivers just that. It also provides some action in other big stories before the end. We know at the beginning of this episode, for example, that at least Ari burned a car, which means she was involved in what happened to Evan, but we get some more details on that towards the end.

Masquerade at Isa’s Theater is, at the very least, a good excuse for the show to really thrive on production design and costumes, which have always been a strong suit. It also works thematically on some level, since many of the characters are already hiding a lot from themselves at this point.
The event serves as a kind of thread for much of the ongoing drama. Patrick and Evan are both there, for example. Meanwhile, Ari learns she’s pregnant with Evan’s baby after their little dalliance in a previous episode and basically tries to drink the baby from her. And Raoul shows up looking for Sarah, who will remember that she kicked him out elite Season 6, Episode 6.
As part of Raoul’s efforts, he ends up drinking a forgettable drink, which ends up being pretty much him in a somewhat unexpected way, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves.
Since Didak hasn’t had much to do since he was instrumental in exposing Javi’s role in Isadora’s attack, it’s good to see his relationship with Issei evolve a bit here, and his firing over his mysterious family business adds even more mystery. for him. And it’s definitely a much better romance than what’s going on with Evan and Patrick at the moment. The former just refuses to take anything seriously, causing the latter a great deal of shock and annoyance.
When Ari leaves the party drunk, Mencia attempts to follow him drugged. As we see her caress the car keys, barely conscious, the pieces begin to come together. Evan leaves around the same time to try and patch things up with Patrick, and we think we know what happens from there. Or are we? Mancia wakes up in the driver’s seat of the car with the windshield shattered and doesn’t remember what happened, but he does elite Do you have another twist up your sleeve at the end?
