Alignment Health Plan, a Medicare Advantage provider, is proud to offer ACCESS On-Demand Concierge program to its members at no extra cost. This industry-first program provides a unique range of benefits and services to its members.
Receiving Your ACCESS On-Demand Concierge Card
All members of Alignment Health Plan are given a black ACCESS On-Demand Concierge card upon enrollment. Information regarding how to contact the concierge team is provided on the card. New members, whose coverage starts on January 1st, should expect to receive their cards in the mail in December.
Enrolling in Alignment Health Plan
To enroll in Alignment Health Plan, call a licensed sales agent at 1-888-979-2247 (TTY 711). The sales team is available 8 am-8 pm, seven days a week except for Thanksgiving and Christmas from October 1st to March 31st.

Alignment Health Plan offers several benefits to its members, including:
“Grandkids On-Demand” Companion Care
To address the growing problem of loneliness, Alignment Health Plan offers a companion care benefit on certain plans. This benefit connects college students with members who require non-medical services such as light housekeeping, technology lessons, and general companionship. The “grandkids on-demand” are available to meet with members for up to two hours a day.
Monthly Grocery Benefit
To tackle food insecurity, Alignment Health Plan offers a monthly grocery benefit of $10-$20 for qualifying members on certain plans. This benefit can be used to purchase eligible groceries at participating stores such as CVS, Walmart, and Walgreens.
Transportation Services via Uber and Lyft
Depending on the plan, members may receive free “on-demand” transportation to doctor appointments using Uber and Lyft.
Award-Winning Pharmacy Services
Alignment Health Plan also offers award-winning pharmacy services, including:
- Nearly 500 commonly used generic drugs such as metformin and lisinopril available at no copay for most plans
- Coverage of prescription medicines not typically covered by Medicare, including generic Viagra, B-12, and D vitamins.
Activating Your ACCESS On-Demand Concierge Card
To activate your card, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to the MyBenefits portal at alignment.nationsbenefits.com/activate or call 844-286-2857 (TTY: 711).
- Enter the 16-digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card.
- Enter your 12-digit member ID, Date of Birth, and Last Name provided to your health plan during enrollment.
- Click the “Activate Card” button.
