Where can I use my Advantage Card?
Participants can use the Advantage Card to pay a hospital, doctor, dentist, or vision provider that accepts Advantage Cards. AutoProof technology electronically verifies the eligibility of a transaction according to IRS rules. If the transaction cannot be automatically verified, then paper follow-up is required.
IRS regulations allow participants to use their benefits card at participating pharmacies, mail-order pharmacies, discount stores, department stores and supermarkets that can identify eligible items at checkout and accept benefit cards. Eligible charges deducted from the account balance at the point of sale. Transactions are fully evidence-backed and, in most cases, no paper follow-up is required.
Some plan designs may also allow participants to use their cards at pharmacies that have certified that 90% of the goods they sell qualify for HSA/FSA/HRA. How to use OTCHS benefits in store:
Refer to your OTC catalog to select the items in the catalog that you want to purchase . Only items in your catalog are available with your plan. If an item with a blue label isn’t listed, you won’t be able to select it.
Go to any OTCHS Certified Associate, CVS Pharmacy®, CVS Pharmacy y más®, or Navarro® store.
Important: Not all CVS stores participate in this benefit. To find your nearest location, go to cvs.com/otchs/myorder/storelocator or call OTCHS at 1-833-331-1573 (Text: 711).
Go to the OTCHS section of the store (for stores with a dedicated section) to select eligible blue-tagged products. Or, look for the blue stickers identifying eligible certified products throughout the store.

How does the card work?
Starting January 1, we’re loading the card every quarter with $100. Members can use the card to pay for co-payments within the network when visiting a primary care physician (PCP) office, specialty office, and offices that perform certain other types of services.
However, If your office accepts a Mastercard®, the member can swipe the card as a debit card (with or without a PIN) to pay the copay amount. The member can pay the full amount in this way. Or, if your office allows the use of more than one payment method, the member can choose to pay part of the amount by card and use a different payment method for the rest of the amount.
