Enrolling in Central Health Plan

Enrolling in Central Health Medicare Plan is a simple process. To enroll, you will need to provide your current Medicare Member Number (on your Medicare card), your permanent address, and your phone number. Additionally, you will need to complete all items in sections marked “Required.” It’s important to note that you cannot be denied coverage for not filling out the optional sections.

Once you’re enrolled, Central Health will send you a bill for the plan’s premium. You also have the option to have your premium payments deducted from your bank account or your monthly Social Security (or Railroad Retirement Board) benefit.

Using Your Benefits Mastercard Prepaid Card

Once you receive and activate your card, you can start using it online through the MyBenefits portal and the MyBenefits app, or in person at a participating retail location near you. To activate your card, visit centralhealthplan.nationsbenefits.com or call 866-876-8637 (TTY: 711). You will need to enter the 16-digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard Prepaid Card, your 12-digit member ID, your date of birth, and your last name.

Activating Your Card on Central Health Plan

Once you receive and activate your card, you can start using it online through the MyBenefits portal and the MyBenefits app and/or in person at a participating retail location near you. When at a retail location, simply swipe your card for payment.

Steps to Activate Your Card

  1. Visit centralhealthplan.nationsbenefits.com or call 866-876-8637 (TTY: 711)
  2. Enter the 16 digit card number and expiration date of your Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card.
  3. Your 12-digit member ID contains 2 letters and 10 numbers.
  4. Enter your Date of Birth and Last Name provided to your health plan during enrollment.
  5. Click on Activate Card Button to activate your card.

Ordering over-the-counter (OTC) products has never been easier with our online portal and mobile app.

In-Store Shopping

  • Go to Aetna.NationsBenefits.com to find a participating store.
  • Use the in-store shopping guide in this catalog to see eligible product categories.
  • Aetna.NationsBenefits.com or scan a product UPC barcode to see if it’s eligible using the MyBenefits app.

Scanning UPC Codes

To scan the UPC code with the app you will need to:

  1. Open MyBenefits app
  2. Launch Barcode Scanner
  3. Position your phone camera to see the product’s entire UPC barcode
  4. Scan product UPC barcode
  5. See product eligibility information

Ordering OTC Products

Ordering over-the-counter (OTC) products is easy with Central Health Medicare Plan. You can go to Aetna.NationsBenefits.com to find a participating store, or use the MyBenefits app to scan a product UPC barcode and see if it’s eligible. You can also call NationsBenefits at 1-877-204-1817 (TTY: 711) to find participating stores and ask about eligible items. When you’re finished shopping, select debit at checkout and swipe your card. If your total is more than your available balance, you will need to use another form of payment for the remaining amount.

Home Delivery

NationsOTC is the exclusive OTC delivery service for Central Health Medicare Plan. You can use the NationsOTC Home Delivery section of the catalog, or go to Aetna.NationsBenefits.com to search by product or UPC code. Then select items you’d like shipped to your home at no extra cost. Online, app, phone, and mail delivery service are only available through NationsOTC and cannot be used with other retailers.
