Remarkably good customer service
After what appears to be a torrent of terrible customer service experiences with a variety of other online businesses recently, from gardening to apparel to kitchen equipment, the service received from Toast has been excellent. The order arrived promptly, the items were of great quality but unfortunately did not fit me and the refund was processed on the day the return was received. Excellent and how was the customer service elsewhere.
disappointing product quality; Not what one would expect from a Toast.
I have a few Toast clothes in my wardrobe and have been fairly satisfied with the quality so far.
However, I recently purchased a Franca Indigo Twill dress and I must say, I was shocked at the quality of the dye used to color the dress. What Toast refers to as “some rubbing of color” are actually aggressive color flushes that become very apparent even after wearing for a short time (blue on the hands from touching the dress, clothing and other accessories like tops and handbags). I tried washing the dress to reduce the color run-off, but even after four washes, the color loss is still pretty much there. Needless to say, after all the washes the dress started to lose its shape as well.
I hope to return it. Not worth the money.

We visited the Edinburgh store last Saturday. The store looked great. Full of beautiful new season items. The help from the Syrians has been great. Thank you. I am looking forward to wearing my new dress and not holding it up for better!!!
V-Neck Jumpsuit
I bought an amazing V-Neck jumpsuit recently and am still hesitating whether to keep it. Because it has to be done in the back with buttons and I can’t do the top 2 buttons or undo it. That when I need to get out of it unassisted! Also at £155 I was very disappointed to see the product was made in China rather than the UK. Or Europe, and I noticed they haven’t posted my review. Would they like to keep quiet? Looks and feels great!
