I had requested for a hotel reservation for visa purposes and later found out I couldnt get an early visa appointment. By then, the validity of my reservation will end. What is the option? Can it not be extended, it is a genuine case.
I won’t recommend their service i asked for hotel reservations in Paris and got another city and when asked to change it they sent me one only to find out it will be cancelled within 24 hours because the credit card they use wasn’t valid then the third time sent reservation still not in the city i asked for saying they don’t have vacant hotels in paris at this time when i ask for refund they send me link of refund policy there no where mentioned on the website that I will get reservations for hotel in different city if “no vacant hotels” the city i asked for are. Worst experience never using this site services again ever
