Head to Sahasra Slope Cave

The door to Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower cannot be opened because it is stuck. Go to Sahasra Slope Cave located at 1329, -1162, 0138 and head inside by breaking the rocks blocking the entrance.

Use Ascend to get inside the tower

Once inside, use the rocks on the ground and melt them into sticks, then hit the rocks in front of you to break through. Instead of continuing to the spacious room inside,  turn right  and break more boulders in the wall to find a small hidden room. Here, stand at coordinates  1338, -1182, 0132  and use the asc on the roof – there will be a round disk on the roof just in case. You will appear on the other side inside the tower.

Separate the long sticks from the door

Remove  the long sticks  that prevent the door from opening. After that, talk to  Belson  outside the entrance and he will fix the device for you.

LIST OF ALL SKYVIEW TOWER LOCATIONS AND BEST TOWER RANKING

Skyview Towers is required to unlock the main map of Hyrule, including the Sky portion. Since your map is empty, its initial locations are hidden from view. The application is indifferent, but we have included some recommendations at the end of this section!

There are 15 Skyview towers to find in  Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom . To help, the following is a list of all Sky View Tower locations and their areas at a glance:

  • Lookout Landing Sky View Tower (North Hyrule Field)
  • Hyrule Field Skyview Tower (southwest of Hyrule Field)
  • Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower (northwest of Lookout Landing)
  • Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower (east of Hebra Mountains)
  • Rossborough Pass Sky View Tower (North of Retto Village)
  • Jerodo Canyon Sky View Tower (Northeast of Jerodo Desert)
  • Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower (west of Hyrule Field)
  • Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower (NW Necluda)
  • Popla Foothills Skyview Tower (Southwest West Necluda)
  • Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower (Southeast Necluda)
  • Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower (NE of Necluda)

  • Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower (northeast of Lookout Landing)
  • Thiflo Ruins Sky View Tower (West Aldin Mountains)
  • O’Leary Mountain Sky View Tower (South of Akala Heights)

As for the best order to tackle these, we recommend going to  Hyrule Field Skyview TowerLindor’s Brow Skyview Tower , and  Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower  first. This will give you a clear view over the heart of Hyrule, making it much easier to start future journeys.

Then, if you’re heading to Rito Village first as part of the main quest, the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower  and  Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower can both  help you out greatly, while also revealing the northwest corner of the map in the process.

See the Sky View Tower website

The first Skyview tower you’re likely to encounter is found in Lookout Landing, and you’ll get to it once you follow the main story. The Lookout Landing Skyview Tower  is the simplest of the bunch, as there are virtually no obstacles to get to

As you progress through the main quest, “The Crisis at Hyrule Castle” will automatically update itself with the corresponding step. Just be sure to tackle this task before you go off to explore Hyrule!

HYRULE FIELD SKYVIEW TOWER LOCATION

The Hyrule Field Skyview Tower is located   southwest of Hyrule Field and south of Lookout Landing. To activate this tower, you will have to go through a hostile settlement.

There are a lot of Bokoblins around  Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom , and a whole lot of them have taken over the tower. It’s a very tough fight, especially if you charge early in your play.

However, there are plenty of tools at your disposal – it can be a good opportunity to test your skills and learn how to better use your powers when you’re surrounded by a large group of enemies.

In particular, the Ultrahand and Recall abilities can be of great help . But depending on which path you take, and how you choose to handle the confrontation, there are a variety of ways to approach this sign.

LINDOR’S BROW SKYVIEW TOWER WEBSITE

Lindor’s Brow Skyview Tower is located northeast of Hyrule Ridge, and northwest of Lookout Landing  . If you’re heading towards Rito Village on foot after you reach Lookout Landing, you’ll likely stumble upon it.

The trick here is that the tower is surrounded by a lake, so getting there can be challenging unless your stamina works. Climbing the rocks below the tower is one thing, but Link gets tired fairly quickly while swimming, which can be annoying.

There are countless ways to approach this tower, which will depend on what stage of the game you’re in, and what’s in your inventory.

I chose to make a staircase/pole using materials from the construction site around the lake, but again, it’s up to you how you approach it. At least, there are no enemies to take care of!

For a step-by-step analysis, head over to the dedicated Lindor’s Brow Tower page.

PIKIDA STONEGROVE SKYVIEW TOWER Location

Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower is located northeast of Ritu Village, between the Hebra Mountains and Tabantha Tundra, all the way north  .

The tower is within easy reach, but unfortunately the path is not linear – literally, as there is a broken bridge between them. Attempting to climb the surrounding surface won’t be fruitful, especially if you tackle the tower early on and don’t have the right tools to survive the conditions around it.

Similar to Lindor’s Brow, it’s up to you how you choose to approach it. If you’re trying to activate all the towers as quickly as possible, you might not have access to a lot of fancy Zonai to craft an item that can propel you towards the tower, so trying to repair the bridge with an Ultrahand is your best bet.

ROSPRO PASS Sky View Tower Location

The Rospro Pass Skyview Tower can be found just north of Rito Village, and southwest of the Hebra Mountains. It’s a great quick travel point if you’re in the area, and a good way to get to the village for the first time after activating it.

Fortunately, getting to the tower is very easy. The main aspect is that you will need fire here, as there are vines covering the surrounding area.

There are many resources and materials to make available fire in Zelda: Kingdom’s Tears, even if the cold weather in the Habra Mountains isn’t ideal.

Gerudo Canyon Sky View Tower location

The Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower can be found to the northeast of the Gerudo Desert, and northwest of the Faron Grasslands, towards the southern tip of the Hyrule map .

Getting here can be a bit of a pain, but you can use the surrounding hills to climb. Also, bring some light clothing – it’s the desert after all. You can approach this without too much trouble, but it’s currently out of service. The one who is there to fix it, named Sawson, needs a little help from Link to get to it.

To do this, you’ll have to build a winch of some sort to bring Sawson in so they can get the turret back up to speed. Fortunately, there are some close-ups in a construction post that you can use with the help of Ultrahand and some calculations.

For a detailed breakdown, head to the dedicated Gerudo Canyon Tower page.

Gerudo Highlands Sky View Tower Location

The Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower is found all the way west from Hyrule Field and north of the desert.

In order to get even close to the perimeter of the tower, you’ll need more cold resistance. If you’re using warm ancient tombs, for example, you’ll need some spicy food, elixir, or another piece of armor with the right resistance.

Now, while getting to the tower is fairly easy, there is a catch. You can’t actually access it from ground level, as the entrance is covered in snow.

There is a book inside the adjoining tent which refers to some construction work that took place inside a cave. You will find the entrance on the other side, which will lead you to Meadela’s Mantle. Once inside, you will need to find a way to pass through a stream, and finally, use the Ascender to appear inside the tower.

Desert slope site of Sky View Tower

Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower can be found northwest of Necluda, and southeast of Hyrule Field, near Kakariko Village.

It’s easy to get to this tower…but the door is locked. oh well. You will find an NPC named Bilson, who will order some “tasty mushrooms” in the nearby caves.

Fortunately, the cave you’ll want to head to is right below the tower itself, and it shares the same name. There are two possible entrances, and right off the bat, you’ll need to make your way through some stone walls – just the first of many obstacles.

For a step-by-step breakdown, head over to our dedicated Sahasra Slope Tower page.

Popla FOOTHILLS SKYVIEW TOWER LOCATION

The Popla Foothills Skyview Tower is located northeast of Hylia Lake and southwest west of Necluda.

You have direct access to this tower, which looks sketchy, and for good reason. You cannot activate the device yet. Instead, as soon as you step outside and head toward a nearby well, you’ll hear someone calling for help.

Trekking down will lead you to meet Elmerson, who has fallen into a trap and is now locked inside. For this, you’ll need to find a nearby cave and backtrack all the way from the other side to try and get them out.

Location of Rabela Wetlands Sky View Tower

The Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower is located southeast of Necluda and northwest of Lurelin  Village.

Getting to the tower is a similar process to the Rospro Pass Skyview tower in  Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom  – which means you’ll need a fire source in order to make your way through. catch? There is constant rain in the region, which contradicts the sentiment.

Fortunately, there are some artificial rows on each side that serve as rooftops. The trick is to use materials from nearby masonry posts to build something similar that can shield the fire while getting the job done. It may take a few tries, but as long as you make a solid cap that will last long enough for the vines to ignite, you’ll be all set.

For a detailed breakdown, head over to our Rabella Wetlands Tower page.

Mount Lanero Sky View Tower location

The Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower is located slightly south of the site of the same name, and all the way north from the Necluda Sea and Hateno Village.

It’s freezing here, so be sure to be prepared so both of your anti-chill bars are covered. Otherwise, you will gradually take damage. I recommend picking up some spicy foods, or wearing cold-proof armour.

For this sign, the trick is in the journey, not the destination. There is no puzzle involved, as you can instantly activate the device. But between the cold and all the climbing involved, it’s going to take a long time to get there – unless you can make use of any Zonai-made hardware, or shards close to the sky.

UPLAND ZORANA SKYVIEW TOWER LOCATION

The Upland Zorana Skyview Tower is found west of Zora’s Domain, and northeast of the Lanayru Wetlands.

It won’t be long until you end up around Zora’s Domain towards the eastern side of Hyrule. Once you do, getting to the tower should be a top priority, as it will make navigating the area much easier.

Unfortunately, it’s hard to get to – unless you have Zora’s shield, which takes a while to get, or if you can find a long viewpoint on the other end.

Fortunately, the tower itself isn’t much of an ordeal. Be sure to have things with you that can dispel the mud, because the entrance is closed by it. There’s also a “Mired in Muck” side quest around the corner, which you can tackle at once if you want an easy reward.

For a step-by-step breakdown, head over to the dedicated Upland Zorana Tower page.

ELDIN CANYON SKYVIEW TOWER LOCATION

The Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower can be found south of Eldin Canyon, as expected, and also northeast of Lookout Landing.

Good and bad news. The good news is that the tower is easy to get to. The bad news is that the cover covering the hole at the top has been misplaced, and the door is locked.

The idea here is to get to the top of the tower, as this will be your entrance for the time being, by any means necessary. You can either craft a device using Zonai items or try to find a part of the sky that can teleport you.

For a step-by-step breakdown, head to the dedicated Eldin Canyon Tower page.

THYPHLO RUINS SKYVIEW TOWER LOCATION

Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower is located north of the Great Hyrule Forest and west of the Eldin Mountains.

Reaching this tower may require you to jump on a lookout point around the swamp waters, otherwise, you will drown after a few seconds. Once you’re on safe ground again, head to the tower itself to find Belson.

The gist is that something is wrong with the hardware, but the chassis looks fine, so it’s hard to tell what the problem is.

The hint here is about the huge floating blocks – which you’ll remember from the mighty Sky Island at the beginning of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You will have to work your way to the top of the tower, making use of your creativity and the tools at your disposal.
